How is the gift card delivered?
Instantly by email — to you or straight to the recipient, on the day you choose. Every gift card can also be printed beautifully if you’d rather hand it over in person.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be extended or refunded, so we’ll send a friendly reminder before it runs out.
How do they redeem it?
They simply enter the gift card code when booking online, or mention it at the studio. If the session costs more than the card’s value, they can pay the difference.
Which sessions can it be used for?
Any of them — float therapy, contrast therapy, massage with Jade, packages or memberships. Flexible gift cards let the recipient decide exactly how to spend it.
Can I choose my own amount?
Yes — the Flexible Gift Card starts from £20 and you can set whatever value suits. It can be spent across one visit or several.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, but they can be used by anyone the recipient chooses to share them with.
