Why guests book
Whether you are looking to ease stress, support better sleep or simply take time out to reset, float therapy offers a calm, restorative experience for both body and mind.
What is Float Therapy?
Float therapy takes place in a private float room where you lie effortlessly in warm, body temperature water enriched with Epsom salt. With external noise reduced and the body fully supported, many guests experience a rare sense of stillness, deep rest and mental clarity.
Modern life rarely gives us a chance to fully switch off. Float therapy reduces noise, light and physical pressure on the body, creating space for the mind to slow down, the body to relax and the nervous system to settle.
Curious about the research? Studies have explored floating's effects on stress, anxiety, sleep and muscle tension.

Everything you need to know about float therapy and your session
How long is a session?
Each float session lasts 60 minutes in the tank. You'll arrive a few minutes early to settle in, and we recommend allowing time afterwards to shower and ease back into your day.
Is it safe for everyone?
Float therapy is safe for most people. If you have specific health concerns, medical conditions or are pregnant, we recommend speaking with your doctor first. Our team can also discuss any questions when you book.
What should I bring?
Bring nothing. We provide everything you need including towels, toiletries and a private changing area. Simply arrive ready to relax.
Can I float if I'm claustrophobic?
The float room is spacious and you have complete control. The door stays unlocked and you can exit whenever you wish. Many people with claustrophobia find floating surprisingly calming.
What if I fall asleep?
Falling asleep is common and perfectly fine. The buoyancy of the water keeps you safely afloat. Some people sleep, others drift into deep relaxation, and both are equally beneficial.
How often should I float?
This depends on your goals. Some people float weekly for ongoing wellness, whilst others come monthly or occasionally for stress relief. We can help you find a rhythm that works for you.
