Questions

Everything you need to know about contrast therapy and your session

What is contrast therapy?

Contrast therapy alternates between infrared sauna heat and cold ice-bath immersion. The change between warm and cold is used by many guests to support recovery, circulation and a sense of reset.

What do I wear?

Please bring swimwear for contrast therapy. You'll have a private changing area, and we provide towels and everything else you need.

Is it suitable for first-timers?

Yes. We'll talk you through the full cycle before you begin and you move at your own pace. You're always in control of how long you spend in the heat and the cold.

How long is a session?

A contrast session runs around 60 minutes, giving you time to move comfortably between the sauna and the ice bath across several rounds.

Is the cold safe?

For most people, yes. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant or have other health concerns, please check with your doctor and let us know when you book.

How often should I come?

Many guests build contrast therapy into a weekly or fortnightly recovery routine, while others come as and when they need a reset. We can help you find a rhythm.

Ready to feel refreshed and restored?

Book a contrast session and give your body a proper reset.
